How can I create a LAPOINTE account?

Create an account to expedite future purchases. An account saves frequently used addresses, allows easy access to purchase history, and simplifies the return process. Guest checkout is also available.

Does LAPOINTE have a Size Guide?

For general sizing information and details, refer to the LAPOINTE size guide. Additional size and fit information is available on individual product pages.

What is my LAPOINTE order status?

Domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days and international orders are processed within 2-7 business days. 

An email notification will confirm order receipt and processing. Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will provide tracking details. Refer to the order summary or individual product page to identify the shipping date for pre-ordered items.

How can I modify or cancel my LAPOINTE order?

Order modifications and cancellations may not be guaranteed. If you have not yet received shipping confirmation and would like to modify your order, email: [email protected].

Can I request a price match?

LAPOINTE offers a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full price that have been marked down within 14 days of purchase. Items marked as final sale are non-refundable and are not eligible for price match.

Can I return my LAPOINTE items?

Purchases may be returned according to the LAPOINTE Returns Policy. Items purchased from shopLAPOINTE.com are eligible for returns up to 14 days after receipt. Eligible returns must be unworn, with tags intact, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) in acceptable condition, allow 1-4 business days for return processing. A refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Account reflection of credited funds varies by bank and credit card company. LAPOINTE does not currently accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States. Can I exchange my LAPOINTE items?

Items purchased from shopLAPOINTE.com are eligible for exchange. To purchase a different style, size, or color, visit the return platform and initiate the exchange process.

What destinations does LAPOINTE currently ship to?

shopLAPOINTE.com currently ships to all international countries. Order inquiries can be emailed to: [email protected].

To return an item within 14 days of delivery, please reach out to Customer Care to start a return and obtain a return label. All international customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees; the fees will be withheld from the total refund amount upon return.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.

What payment methods does LAPOINTE offer?

shopLAPOINTE.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. Apple Pay and Shop Pay are also accepted. The above methods of payment will be charged in full at the time of purchase for all orders, including pre-orders.
