All Sally LaPointe domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that all shipments require signature for delivery. We recommend selecting a delivery address where you are sure somebody will be there to sign for the delivery.
Sally LaPointe offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will incur a shipping fee.
We also offer expedited shipping via UPS for most orders.

Sally LaPointe is required by law to charge an 8.875% sales tax on any order shipping within New York state. All other orders are exempt from sales tax.
Sally LaPointe currently only ships within the United States, and to Canada, Mexico, the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, China, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Australia. Please note that all International orders are final sale as we do not currently accept returns for orders that were shipped outside the United States.
International Duties and Taxes
If your order is shipping to a country outside of the United States, there will be import duty and tax fees applied to the shipment which must be paid prior to the shipment of your order. These fees cannot be calculated until your order is placed and all shipment information is available to UPS, including the destination address and contents of the order. Depending on destination country and contents of the order, these fees can range from 20%-35% of your order total or higher, and vary depending on the import laws of the destination country.
In order to aid in making this often complicated process easier for our customers, Sally LaPointe offers a way for you to pay this charge ahead of time so you are not asked to pay at the time of delivery. A member of the Sally LaPointe Customer Care team will send you a notification email before your order is shipped including an estimated total of the duty and tax fees that UPS has calculated for your order shipment. In this email, you will be able to accept this additional charge and pay via a linked invoice using a credit card of your choice. Once the invoice has been paid, we will begin processing all customs documents necessary for import clearance and you will receive an update with tracking information for your order within 1-7 business days.
If you choose to not accept and not pay the additional duty and tax charge necessary to deliver your order, you will have the option to cancel your order using a link in the notification email that details the duty and tax charge total. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund that will be credited back to the credit card used to place the order.
Please note that we must receive payment for the duty and tax charge, or receive notification that you have cancelled your order, within 48 business hours from the time the notification email was sent to you. If we do not receive payment or notification that you have cancelled your order within the aforementioned timeframe, we will cancel your order and you will receive a full refund, which will be credited back to the credit card used to place the initial order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it according to our Returns Policy.
Sally LaPointe will gladly accept returns up to 14 days after receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, with tags intact, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number and the words “return request” in the subject line. We will reply within 1-2 business days with a shipping label for you to use for the return as well as further instructions.
Your return package must be received with an initial scan by UPS within 3 business days of when we email the return shipping label to you. Due to our returns process, you must use the label we provide in order for us to process your return.
Once we receive your returned item(s) shipment, we will begin processing your return. Please allow 1-4 business days for the return to be processed.
If we receive your return in acceptable condition, the payment method used at time of purchase will be refunded for the item(s) returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note that the time until the funds appear back in your account varies depending on your bank or credit card company.
We do not currently accept returns for orders that were shipped outside the United States.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style we recommend ordering the desired size, color, or style while it is still in stock and processing your return separately.
